The game works like this, all the students stand on one side of the gym and 2 persons stand in the middle of the gym. Those persons will be the sharks, your coach will blow the whistle and all the students have to run to the other side of the gym. If you get tag by a shark then you will have to stay frozen on the spot that you where tag on and you become a minnow. You can turn around your body or stretch but one foot has to be in the ground! Now, if you are a minnow you can tag people who cross your path.
By playing this game you will be working on your cardiovascular endurance, and you will also be working on your heart rate. Your caps will also get worked out seeing how you will be running a lot. But the thing that you will also work on is your brain. Because you have to be planing your moves so that you don't get tag.
For the summer I will be going to the pool more often, I will also works towards a better eating habit.
